I offer at-home, evidence based clinical massage treatments. I won't simply run through a routine of techniques but will assess exactly what muscles need worked on and adapt my pressure accordingly. Working on specific muscle groups provides a well-rounded treatment and long-term fix if you have aches and pains. I will ensure you receive only the highest care and attention

Additionally, I am able to perform taping techniques, both athletic tape (zinc oxide) and kinesio tape (KT tape), to enhance recovery and aid in injury management.
